Obituary

Anne Marbry, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on August 4, 1951, to Louis Fracchia and Agnes Fracchia, Anne was the youngest of five children and grew up surrounded by the warmth and closeness that would define her life.

Anne was married to her lifelong sweetheart, Robert (Bob) Marbry, Jr., for 55 wonderful years. Together they built a life full of laughter, faith, and family, raising their two children, Chris Marbry (Kristin) and Stacey Marbry. She was the proud grandmother of Malea Marbry, Dylan Hughes, and Christian (Gage) Miller, and cherished her great-granddaughter, Rosemary Hughes. Anne was preceded in death by her infant son, Mark Anthony Marbry, her parents, and her siblings Frances Greer, Rosemarie O'Sullivan, Cecilia Dunning, and Louie Fracchia.

Known lovingly as Mamaw, Anne had a gift for making everyone feel at home. She spent 25 years as a dedicated data processor in the banking industry, where her work ethic and kindness touched many lives. A proud member of the Moose Lodge and an avid bowler, Anne's love story with Bob began at a bowling alley when she was just eight years old. In her younger years, she also enjoyed softball and Bunko nights with friends, always bringing her spirited energy and laughter wherever she went.

Above all, Anne treasured time spent with family—especially during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings, where her warmth and joy made every celebration special.
