BETTY LOU O'NEAL KALBFLEISCH, 75 passed away peacefully with family by her side, July 31, 2021.  She was a long time resident of Eminence, KY, and a resident of Bartlett, TN at the time of her death. She was a member of United Pentecostal Church, Eminence.  She is preceded in death by her first husband, Lonnie Everett O'Neal, and sons Robert Dale O'Neal, step-son Len O'Neal and son-in-law, Danny D. Dunn. She is survived by her husband, George J. Kalbfleisch Jr, her children; Barbara O'Neal, Debbie O'Neal Dunn, step-son Lonnie Gene O'Neal. Betty's life was fully blessed with seven grandchildren and ten step-grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren who all are loved and were loved by Betty!  Betty led a very active life, was very smart, enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family, the reason for her move back to Tennessee.
