Bobby Glover Morgan, 87, of Bartlett, TN went to be home with his heavenly father on July 22, 2022, with his family by his side. Mr. Morgan was a police officer for the City of Memphis Police Department/Shelby County Sheriff's Department for a total of 43 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving for 14 years. Mr. Morgan was a member of the Church of Christ. His proudest achievement of all, was his four sons and being able to coach them in sports. He was an avid athlete and had tried out for the St. Louis Cardinals in his younger days, unfortunately he was still waiting for them to call.  He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Juanita Morgan; siblings, Peggy, and Jerry; children, Diane (Tom) Filmore, Kevin, David, Craig (Bronwyn), Keith (Jill); grandchildren, Paul, Tim, Tyler, Kayla, Sophie, Macy, Ruby, Emmie, Amanda, Erica, Taylor, and Seth as well as 7 great grandchildren. Bobby is preceded in death by his mother, Dale Morgan, father, Vernon Morgan, siblings, Bill, Vernon Jr, Dorothy, and Alamo.
