Brad was a passionate man. When he believed in something, he believed in it deeply. He loved God, he cared about truth, and he cared about doing what was right. He wasn’t perfect, and he wouldn’t have wanted anyone to pretend that he was. But he did his best. His faith was strong, even when life was not easy, and life was not always easy for Brad.

He was proud, sometimes probably a little too proud. He had strong convictions and wasn’t afraid to tell you what he thought. If you knew Brad, you probably heard more than a few of those opinions along the way. But underneath all of that was a man who loved his family deeply.

Those who knew Brad well will recognize pieces of him in the people he loved: his passion, his convictions, his stubbornness, his faith, and his strong sense of right and wrong. Those pieces of him remain, not just in memories, but in the people he loved.

Brad graduated from Ridgeway High School in 1977 and went on to earn a BBA from Evangel University. He loved football, politics, and studying the Word of God.

Brad was preceded in death by his mother, Natalie Bender, and his father, Phil Snyder.

He leaves behind his wife, Elizabeth Cranford Snyder; his daughter, Sharon (Malcolm) Clough; his daughter, Erin Snyder; his son, Seth Snyder; his grandchildren, Katie and Rudy Fernandez; two sisters; and an abundance of nieces and nephews who knew and loved him.

But a list of names and relationships can’t really tell you what a person leaves behind.

Brad leaves behind a family who knew how deeply he believed, how deeply he felt, how fiercely he cared, and how much he loved.

Brad’s family will host friends to remember and celebrate his life on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life service at 2:00 p.m. at Harmony Church of Bartlett, 6740 St. Elmo Road, Bartlett, TN 38135.
