CECIL "Buddy" RAY MILLER, 71 passed away after a long battle with cancer August 27, 2021. He was a veteran of the US Navy, serving on the USS Kitty Hawk during the Vietnam Campaign.  His interest in cars and their mechanics begin at an early age which turned into his lifelong career as a Certified ASE Automotive Mechanic, from which he retired.  He was originally from Hot Springs, AR and was a graduate of Hot Springs High School Class of 1968.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred E. Miller, Sr. and Grace Ann Miller.  He is survived by his brothers, Fred E. Miller, Jr. (Donna), and Gary G. Miller, his  former wife of 25 years, Carolyn Miller, special friends, Debbie and Tony Rachilla ; nieces, Traci Organ (Bobby), and Melissa Rachilla; great nieces, Shelby and Haley Organ; nephews, Todd Miller (Christie), Anthony Rachilla, and great nephew Joshua Miller.   He will receive military honors prior to interment at West TN State Veterans Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
