Charles Edward Millner, of Memphis Tennessee, was born on April 15, 1951 and passed away on November 13, 2023 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo Mississippi. Preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary Millner,  two brothers,  James Edward Millner Jr, Richard Wayne Millner Sr, and two grandchildren, Dustin Wills and Kaiden Wills. Charles leaves behind two daughters to cherish his memory, Charlee "Krissy" Millner (Chad D. Salmon) of Memphis Tennessee and Shelley Essary (Freddie Essary) of Walnut Mississippi. One grandson,  Braden Fisher of Memphis Tennessee and two granddaughters, Kelsey Wills of Seattle Washington and Bailey Essary of Walnut Mississippi.  A brother, Bobby Millner of Covington Tennessee, and his sister,  Barbara Hastings of New Albany Mississippi. One son, Tommy Nichols, and five more grandchildren. Charles was a kind and simple man. He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing  to anyone who would listen. He even managed to get out a verse of an Elvis tune "Can't Help Falling in Love With You " days before his passing. He loved the ocean and watching the fishing boats come in at Panana City Beach Florida. Most importantly, Charles loved his daughters, his family & friends, and truly met the definition of the saying "He'd give you the shirt off his back". He will be truly missed and never forgotten.
