Christopher Richard Dodd, beloved Father, Husband, Step Father, Son, Brother, Friend, and Uncle passed away after a long term battle with diabetes related illnesses on January 16th, 2023. Chris was born July 18th, 1970 to his parents Terry and Maureen Dodd. He passed away in Daytona Beach peacefully holding the hands of his daughters and wife. He was a long term resident of Tennessee, graduating from Bartlett High School in 1988. Throughout his life Chris was known for his automotive talent. Chris worked as a master mechanic for most of his life. Whether he was fixing, building, or selling parts, he had a real passion for all things automotive. He especially loved all things Harley Davidson and loved riding his motorcycle him and his father built from scratch. Throughout Chris's life he loved all things outdoors which included hunting and fishing. He moved to Daytona Beach last year when he met his wife Kimberly Rodgers Dodd. Chris resided in Daytona Beach, FL and traveled frequently to Tennessee to see his family and to Arkansas where he worked passionately putting his cabin together piece by piece. Chris's life will continue to be celebrated by those he loved and by those that loved him. Chris's cabin will be a resting place for his ashes and his spirit. Chris Dodd is survived by his Wife Kimberly Dodd, Daughters Savanna Bynum (Justin Bynum) and Morgan Dodd, Step Daughters Sarah and Tori Rodgers, his Mother Maureen Dodd, Sisters Teressa Dodd Van Eaton (Wayne Collier), Laurie Dodd Spurlock, and Several nieces and nephews. Christopher Dodd is preceded in death by his niece Brandy Spurlock, father Terry Dodd, and Grandparents James O and Opal Dodd, Richard and Virginia Prinsen.
