We were blessed to have this ray of sunshine in our lives. Cody will be missed by all that had the privilege of knowing him. His absence has been especially difficult for his K-9 companion whom he affectionately called Lilybird. They were inseparable and Cody loved her beyond measure. He was a talented guitar player and sketched some amazing artwork. It was known from a young age that he would be in a field that involved diagnosing and repairing machines as he loved to take things apart and reassemble them as a child. This led him to excel as a facility maintenance technician at Lincotek Medical. He enjoyed woodworking and could build anything he could envision. Cody had a heart of gold and will be missed more than words can express. He is survived by his mother – Gina Boykin (Tony), father – Robert Starnes, brother – Michael Prescott, sister – Maribeth Starnes (Jon), nephews – Kalen and Aiden (who think he hung the moon) , grandma – Mary Holbrook, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandaddy – Seth Holbrook.
