Frank Taylor Simonton, of Bartlett, Tennessee passed from this earth at the home of his mother, July 6, 2023.  He was the son of Cindy Horton Riggs and the late Frank U. Simonton.  Taylor was born April 16, 1987 in Memphis, Tennessee.

He enjoyed spending time on the Gulf Coast.  He grew up in the United Methodist Church; was a member of the Boy Scouts of America, and a U.S. Army veteran.  Taylor is preceded in death by his father, his beloved grandparents, Richard and Shirley Horton and Myrtle Simonton; and his cherished canine companion of 14 years, Jake.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his precious children, Cheyenne Taylor Simonton and Knox Tyler Simonton; his mother, Cindy Horton Riggs;  his brothers, Carey Watkins (Brandy), Zack Watkins (Amanda) and Andy Simonton (Laney); and his sister, Jenny Simonton Rice.  He also leaves many aunts, uncles, and cousins whom he loved dearly.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be Saturday, July 15, 2023, 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Harmony Church of Bartlett, 6740 St. Elmo Road, Bartlett, Tennessee, 38135.

Memorials may be given in Taylor's memory to the Bartlett Animal Shelter, 5220 Shelter Run, Bartlett Tennessee.
