It is with heavy hearts that we announce the tragic passing of Hunter "Hunna Gunna" Kittrell Foster
Smith, 29, on March 23, 2023. Hunter was born on August 12, 1993, in Memphis, TN.

Hunter was preceded in death by his grandmother, Carol "Grammy" Colvert Smith and his grandfather,
James Bernal Smith. He is survived by his son, David Dawson Foster and mother, Amy Smith Malady. He
is also survived by his 4 sisters, Carol Ann Tallant, Harlye Malady, Haven Malady, and Hannah Malady
along with many other family and friends.

Hunter loved playing basketball, watching scary movies, playing video games, watching the San Antonio
Spurs, and spending time with his family and friends. Most of all, he loved music. He used music as an
escape from the real world. There was never a song that Hunter did not already know.
Hunter was a son, brother, father, uncle, nephew, and most importantly, friend. He touched the lives of
countless amounts of people in this world. Despite all the struggles he faced in life, the smile never left
his face. The world will be a little bit dimmer without his contagious laugh and infectious smile.
