Isabel “Bel” Coulter, age 75, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2026, in Memphis, TN. Bel was born on January 5, 1951, in Manila, Philippines, to Joseph and Carmen Guisande. At the age of 15, Bel moved with her family to Sydney, Australia, where she would later meet her husband at a Valentine’s Day dance. The couple soon married and traveled to the United States to begin their life together. Bel was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother as well as a leader of the Divine Mercy at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Bartlett, a plant enthusiast, and a dancing queen. Bel is survived by her loving husband, of 54 years, affectionately known to her as darling and to others as Ronnie Coulter; her daughter, Carmen Coulter; her grandchildren Jordan (Witt) and Austin (Avery); her brother Richard Guisande (Ester); and cousins Deacon Ray Aguado (Linda) and Gina Castanon (Rueben). She was preceded in death by her parents, youngest brother, and in-laws. Bel and her infectious laugh will be missed by her family and friends who loved her, but she will be missed most by those who called her darling, momma, and yoya.
