We are sad to announce the passing of Jacob Liam Dlouhy of Millington, Tennessee. Born to Stephen and Elise Dlouhy on January 27, 2023, he passed away at the age of two months on April 14, 2023.

Jacob is preceded by his paternal grandfather, Garry Ray Dlouhy, on April 5, 2023, and survived by his parents and older brother, Owen.

The service for Jacob will be held at Highland Heights Presbyterian Church on 2855 Morning Sun Rd, Cordova, TN 38016 on Saturday, April 29, 2023.  Visitation will be from 4 to 5 p.m., Service at 5 p.m., and a Reception at 5:45 p.m.
