JOHN HERRIN ROWDEN, JR. 79 passed away January 22, 2022. He was born November 28, 1942 in Nashville, Tennessee to John and Alice Rowden. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Beatrice Anderson and Carolyn Martin. John retired from the United States postal Service. He was an avid lover of movies, music and his dogs. He loved his wife of twenty years, Fran. In addition to his wife, he leaves three daughters, Darla (Tony) Massey of Bartlett, Sheila (Scott) Murphy, of Bartlett and Michelle Whiteside, of Muscatine, Iowa, step-daughter, Heather Campbell, five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and his furbaby, Heidi.
