John "Bryan" Stayton, 50, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on April 3, 2024. He was born August 1, 1973 in Fort Worth, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Larry Stayton. He is survived by two children, Blake Stayton (Kylee) of Knoxville, TN and Kaylan Stayton of Portland, Oregon, his mother, Brenda Stayton, step-father Leslie Mosley, brother Michael Stayton, sister Kim Hawkenson, step-siblings Brian, Jennifer and Stephanie Mosley. As well as many other family and friends he loved dearly.

He was known for his passion with his work as a flooring contractor. Those who knew Bryan remember him for his love of activities such as being in the outdoors - canoeing & fishing, his love of live music and music taste (especially his love of Widespread Panic) his humor, positivity, the fact he could never meet a stranger and most importantly, his good heart.

A Celebration of Life will be Monday, April 8, 2024 at Harmony Church of Bartlett, 6740 St. Elmo Road, Bartlett, Tennessee.  Visitation 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. with a service following at 5:00 p.m.
