Joyce Alyce Messer, 87, passed away peacefully January 7, 2021.  She was one of nine children, seven of which preceded her in death as well as her parents, and her husband, Donald William Messer, Sr. One brother surviving, James Beard. In addition to her brother she is survived by her four children; Donna Wright, Monna Brennan (Ed), Donald Messer, Jr. (Amanda), and Susan Messer; ten grandchildren, Sarah Cox (Matthew), Jessica Wright, Christy and Eddie Brennan, Alayna and Layla Messer, Jacob Hopper (Tina), Leslie Wiggins, Lindsey and Jeremy Cresswell; and one great grandchild, Norah Ann Cox. She will be buried beside her husband at the West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
