Michael Ernst Bogen of Bartlett, Tennessee passed away at his home on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. He was born on November 15, 1949 in Germany.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Terry Lynn Bogen; daughter, Wendy Ann Hutcheson; son, Donald Michael Bogen (Mary Beth). He also leaves his grandchildren, Eric Hutcheson (Savannah), Annastasia Hutcheson, Kayla Burleson (Robert), and Gracie Bogen, great-granddaughter Eliza as well as his cousins Milic Bogdanovic and Milan Bogdanovic and relatives in Germany.

He is preceded in death by his father, Donald M Bogen (Milic Bogdanovic) and mother, Elfriede Bogen (Elfriede Arkenberg Bogdanovic).

Michael and his parents emigrated to the United States in 1954. He was a graduate of St. Francis High School in St. Francis, Wisconsin in 1967 and was a proud member of the United States Air Force from 1968 – 1972. He is retired from Ryder Dedicated Logistics. He was a dedicated family man who always kept his home and yard beautiful. Michael loved to cook, enjoyed woodworking, listening to his favorite music and spending time with his family and friends.

No memorial services are planned, per Michael's wishes.
