Ralph E. Flynn, 88 passed away January 27, 2023. He retired from the city of Memphis Fire Department as well as being a self- employed truck driver. He served in the United States Marine Corp.

He was predeceased by his parents Charles Flynn and Flossie Hopkins; a sister Euneta Konyack; two brothers Charles Flynn and James Flynn; Norma Flynn ( the mother of his children); Beverly Flynn; two step-sons Brad Doyle and Michael Rodgers, a grandson Jason Ramsey and a granddaughter Britney Shaffner.

He is survived by his wife Veronica "Vicki" Flynn; two daughters Carmen Flynn, Sandra "Sandy" Szuba; two sons Ralph Flynn, II and Ronald "Ronnie" (Laura) Flynn: 10 Grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild as well as several nieces and nephews.

At Ralph's request, his body will be donated to the University of Tennessee Health Science Center for the advancement of science. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 am on February 4th, 2023, with a celebration of life to follow at 12:00 pm, all at Harmony Church of Bartlett 6740 St Elmo Rd, Bartlett, TN 38135.
