On June 21st, 2022 Richard "Todd" Bell of Memphis, Tennessee peacefully died at the age of 55.

He was born in Columbus, Indiana the youngest of three sons to Gerald Glenn and Phyllis Montavon Bell. He was a graduate of Craigmont High School.

Todd enjoyed his passions of hunting, bowling, cars and had many other wide-ranging interests throughout his rich life. He will be remembered as the man everyone knew they could depend on. He was also a very loving caring man and showed this love towards his family including his young grandsons. He was thrilled to be "Pop Pop".

He is survived by his mother, Phyllis, his brothers Bryan (Olivia) Bell and Greg Bell; his daughter Kelly (Tony) DeLuca , and his grandsons Joseph and Charlie DeLuca along with his nephews and nieces, William Bell, Bryce Bell, Zachary (Kathleen) Bell and great-niece baby Ellis.

He was preceded in death by his father.

There will be a gathering with family and friends on Monday, June 27th at Harmony Church, 6740 St. Elmo Road Bartlett TN. Visitation at 5:00, service to follow at 6:00 p.m.
