Yuk Fun Tsiu, born on July 19, 1931, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on
August 13, 2022. At the mature age of 91 years, she was still able to live independently at her
home in Cordova, Tennessee. With sound mind she led an active lifestyle despite having
multiple chronic health issues in her advanced years. She loved spending time with her
immediate and extended family members and friends.

Y uk Fun, (aka Rita), was born in Guangdong Province in the city of Tai Sun to Liang Bingwu and
Mai Caixu. She was the youngest of 7 siblings. She outlived all her siblings except her third
brother, Leung Chok Kwong who is 94 years old. She studied bookkeeping and married at the
tender age of 24 to Park Long Tsiu (aka Tommy) in Victoria, Hong Kong in 1955 and moved to
the USA in 1958 with their toddler son, Willie. They worked alongside Park Long's parents in
their family grocery business on Linden Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee. They later had two
more sons, James and Perry. She worked in the grocery business for 33 years and retired at the
age of 61 after the family sold their second grocery store located at Florida and Mallory.

She was an active member of First Chinese Baptist Church since 1976 where she had lots of
friends of all ages, young and old. Rita loved the Lord and she was thankful that all her sons
came to know Christ.

Rita is survived by her children Willie (Sandra), James (Anne) and Perry (Lilian). She leaves
grandchildren Melissa (Kyle), Sarah, Stephen, Daniel, Kaitlyn, and Caleb. Tommy and Rita's
legacy will live on in their children, grandchildren, and future generations.
