Robert Alan Osborne born at St. Joseph's hospital in Memphis, Tennessee September 1, 1942.  He died August 31, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital after an extended illness of heart disease.  He was an employee of Smith and Nephew-ENT in Bartlett for sixteen years but began working for them at Brooks Road in Memphis.  He also worked at the Hunter Fan Company and Toshiba.  He was the former owner of a Chili Parlor in Franklin, Tennessee and the Burger Shack on Central in Memphis, Tennessee.  He is survived by his loving wife of thirty years, Cyndy; his brothers Jerry Osborne, of Cincinnati, Ohio, Charles Osborne and sister Linda Rose both of Hickman, Kentucky.  His daughter Lisa Walker and her husband Larry, Nicci Yarbrough and her husband Michael, his granddaughters Sarah Downing and her husband Lee, Emily Walker and Nephew Joel Rose and his wife Jenean.  He had three great-grandchildren, Madalyn, James and Olivia Downing.  Bartlett-Heritage Funeral Home & Cremation Center is honored to serve the family of Robert Alan Osborne; bartlettheritage.com; (901) 372-5555.
